Oh December, and November, how you have been filled with joy, wine, and cheese. In an effort to give my body a break before our Christmas vacation at Sea Ranch, I started a juice cleanse yesterday that I will continue for 5 days. This is a great way to give yourself a break from chewing, revive your body, and renew your energy! Here is a sample of my day...
Mornings: Hot Lemon Water

Snack: Decaf Teas
Green teas, ginger teas, mix it up so you don't get bored.
Lunch: The Go-To Juice

Snack: More Hot Lemon Water
Dinner: Cashew Milk
Yummm...Cashew milk, water, a little honey or agave, vanilla, a dash of cinnamon.
